You can't.
Even running it on the lowest settings.
Maybe Nvidia Inspector, youtube that.

The game has had major increases on the system requirements from the originally sold product, it runs like hot garbage for some people with a cheap or outdated pc.

I get 50-30 fps at 3090...what's wrong with this game? It's just incredibly terrible optimization, I have all the games running at max settings and in the region of 100+ fps at 1440p. In 4k, I have everything at ultra settings running at 60 fps.

60 FPS + on 3080 highest settings, it's not the best optimized game, but yes it should be doable.

No, you are the one having a problem when you disrespect other peoples' issues. It's not reasonable to have an RTX 3080 burn 440 Watts on a badly optimized game when other games look even better with higher FPS for 320 Watts. Yes, I use a wattmeter all the time on my gaming rig.

2 settings that probably help (at least for me):

Cap FPS to 60
Turn "Displayed Nameplates" down to minimum (2).

i have 3070 and r5 5600x 32gbram and get +80 big part of time, +100 some zone on 1440 highest settings =D only in cyties near by 60 when enter on...

I just opened the game to see the new cosmetic that I got from twitch, and the whole room temperature went up... The PC was as hot as sex is... It's the only game that requires me to remove the acrylic from my PC to make sure nothing will burn. I remember a year ago when New World destroyed 3080+ from people.

Just stating your GPU and problem is not providing enough info for people to help. Change some setting as pointed out, should help. I run the game just fine with a X570 MB, Ryzen 5 5600X (@4600 Mhz), 32 GB RAM, Gen4 M.2 SSD, and RTX 3070. If I am in a area with a lot of toons i have to turn down things, but that is expected. I don't PVP much, so not as important to me, so I keep things as maxed as I can graphically. Different PC configurations will require different tweeks fyi.

I want to add that your PC Cooling setup is important to keeping things at good temps, which can effect performance. I use 4 Big quiet case fans, 2 pulling in, 2 pushing out, and configured to move the air over the CPU and GPU area, and a Noctua CPU Fan Cooler. I used to use 5 Fans, but disabled the side fan as it made no difference in cooling for me.

For performance you want the game to use 100% of your GPU... if you just want less load and heat on your GPU set FPS cap or turn on Vsync and/or turn down graphical settings... That's all you can really do besides upgrading... with 4090 I get 144 FPS at 1440p and uses 70% of the GPU to give you an idea.
