Transfer of cosmetics...
So.. I really want to do the fresh start servers because I made poor territory selections:steambored: but, I want all my cosmetics :steamsad: does anyone know if they will be transferable?

What are good territory selections..? I only picked extra storage for Windward and kept saving up the rest.

They are locked by account, not by character, servers, or region, which means when you create a new character in a new server, all your cosmetics will be there provided that you are playing with the accounts with cosmetics.
