You have two options:

01. Believe in a guy who is angry because he was banned for using Overwolf's Minimap and wants people to be use and be ban as well.
02. Press one button, occasionally, to see the map without risking being banned.

It isn't a hard choice.

Probably not, but Overwolf is scummy software, I wouldn't install it even on a trash PC it's spyware. If you care about privacy and security - don't touch Overwolf.
