Got one randomly from mobs in Mournigdale

I got one in a drop yesterday and my playing partner got one today up in EG farming a boss at Grasping Summit. (I think that’s the name, close anyway.)

.. though seems ALOT of people are having problems getting it to drop.. either insanely low drop rate.. or bugged.. there are a bunch of posts on the offical forum about it

grasping summit lvl 62 drops it along with many other parts i have got 2 of them in the last 4 days
