This is stupid, btw. Posting evidence of a bot gets banned, but when people post evidence of gold dupes and tell people how to replicate it, the economy goes to hell. The poor dude could have just kept it to himself but instead reported it in good faith, on the forum that he's been told to report stuff on. Literally SMH.

Every game has cheats even DOTA which many claim can't be hacked. Name one shooter that hasn't been hacked or had aimbots? If you actually could I guarantee it's a game nobody plays.

The fact the game is easily hackable is reason enough to keep people away.

Don't let your friends waste their time getting farmed by people who cheated and are thus months ahead.

Yeah so how about you name the unhackable game you recommend to all your friends? I would love to see it considering EVERY game worth it's salt has hacks. It's impossible to prevent games from being hacked hence the anti-cheat they all use to find and ban cheaters.

No other MMO has client side authority anywhere near the degree NW has. NW can't stop the exploits and cheats. It's built into the game code. They can't even detect it unless something truly wild happens.

Actually this is totally false and i've personally been involved in exposing said weaknesses in other games. I won't get into detail about that because my method for aimbot never required aim and could theoretically be used to kill anyone from anywhere. Most games have limits so you can't just kill someone in a different zone or mine from within the city walls etc.. And the software to cheat it is freely available to anyone and everyone but has limitations that need not to be discussed.

So let's just say I know a little more about cheats then I care to admit because it can send up red flags. In fact I crusaded against a game to no end and forced them to use packet validation that hurt the performance in PVP more than it helped by stopping cheaters. You have no idea who I am or what I know about this subject. And believe me I felt like a white knight for year's before I realized the repercussions and why things are sometimes done the way they are to the benefit of all players. But posts like yours are very misleading to those who don't know anything about the subject.

And this from the forum of a very popular program.

I remember in WOW when someone figured out how to crash servers for weeks that went on. Just one example of the many hacks in that game.... It only went on to be highest played game for a decade+.

If you don't like it, don't play it. I don't get my hardcore gaming itch from this game. But its a perfect simple game for my wife to play with me. I even play on a near empty server. Works for me.
