How do you change worlds? Option is blank for me

Hey, I haven't played in quite some time and want to change to a friend's server. I've gone to store and viewed the tab as you'd normally do but the window is blank. My friends have also looked to see if they can transfer and they can't either.

Can we just not transfer right now or something? I've even viewed youtube videos and am definitely going to the correct place. I am not in a guild and do not have any active trade posts either

They should just disable the whole game until it is finished, fixed, and polished.

Lol it’s a mess most of thier severs are dead and no way to transfer out its quite a joke, best be lucky you tranfersed or picked 1 of the 3 top servers in your region
