Yonas Alazar Disappeared

Its not appearing on my map or ping. when i go to that location he is gone too. The NPC isnt showing and i cant complete my main quest, how do i even level now without the main quest? It's 2k experience yoo... Region Southeast, server Puyok. Devs help me thanks

Ok, if you picked up the quest before 1.1 and let it sit you need to abandon and redo it.

Pin that quest 'Old Stone Remembers' and you should see a map marker to the north of Windsward, north, slightly northwest and then just walk there. You shouldn't have any problems finding the stuff you need.

The marker should be yellow and have a 1 on it.

The maker isn't showing? I've had issues with map markers not showing several times. Watch a youtube vid of that area and just walk there and get the stuff. Then he should be back near that shrine Hermit's something or other.

The same thing happened to me when I was trying to get the angry earth seed from that woman and I just walked there and she was there, but there were no markers. The markers for the main quest have been bugged several times for me.

There isn't any NPC there, there are just some skeletons running around and some stuff you have to pick up.

Yonas reappears in Fort Alazar WNW of Brightwatch. I don't recall the specifics of the storyline that sends you up there.

He's not there now, but if you go to the location for that quest 'Old Stone Remembers' and pick up the stuff you need, he'll be back there again. I know this because I did it.

Like someone already said above, after the 1.1 patch the quest has changed. You will need to abandon the quest and start it again for it to work.
