Fish Reagents quest cannot turn in.

Salvage squid and catfish, says talk to shee bla bla, he's not even on the stupid map, go to location, he not there, even though I have quest numbered. Amazon your wasting our time with stupid bugs, get your act together!

You DO know that Amazon isn't reading your post, only your fellow gamers are reading it. If you want to chastise Amazon you'll need to go to their official forums for that. Yelling here about bugs isn't going to get them fixed.

That said,
I know that Sheetal Agarwal was exactly where he was supposed to be last week when I did this very same quest. Are we sure we are looking in the right place for him?

Make sure you have the items in your inventory, not in storage, or he will not appear.

I just finished this very quest an hour ago, after fishing up both the required fish right there at the NPC on the dock. Make sure it is Hooked Squid and a Barbed Catfish you are salvaging and not the regular versions. They will be found under Quest items.

I reset it and it worked fine, thx
