My ping on west coast servers is 36 stable. Sounds like you are having issues with your ISP.
Nope...unfortunately its Ortygia
It is definitely something on your end. I can use a VPN to change my location to seattle, and I still have under 70 ping.
It doesn't matter if you'be been playing MMOs since Habitat. How long you've been playing them is irrelevant.
My ping on the EAST coast to west coast servers is 117, and the worst ping I'm showing is 295 to AP southeast. So would you like to explain for me why my pings are better to your server if the problem is actually Amazon?
East coast server pings are in the low 100s for me....but west coast in the 500s. Make sense of that crap
So its either my region having problems in general, Amazon, or the game is full of crap on ping status.
Your opinion is yours to have, but it's relevance is not for you to judge. I am simply stating I have had years of time gaming. (Wisdom of time and experiences)
Is that so hard to grasp ? Are you just trying to be a D with swipe at me in such a way?
I doubt its hard to grasp because I believe you are much more intelligent than that. you are just trying to be a typical D
Since you are trying to ignore the real question I'll ask it again.

I mean last time my mothers net was messed up they said it can't be their end and sent her like 3 service calls and charged her each time to have it not be on her end either. I went over spent an hour with them turns out it was a bad router on their end no one noticed, she put in a service request and had my mothers connection detoured and she stopped having horrible net problems. It only took 3 months of calling them to finally have some one double check the pathing and go "oh wait, that seems off hold on." Two minutes later, "we found the problem it was on our end so sorry..."
Sure thing, I missed that. Thank you for pointing this out.
I don't know why yours are doing better. This may not even be Amazon and that is likely a possibility. IF it is Amazon, I have a fair gripe do I not?
Yet regardless of my whining about that, I am still going to give them a fair chance and stick with the game for at least 2 months. I am not being unreasonable.
I just resolved this by restarting the game. Now my ping is fantastic. So it is client related on my end is the guess.
And all this I got from the tech they sent to my house who called his supervisor, one on the phone just did a basic ping to my house check, and read from a script with no clue what was going on, and was rated by how fast she could get me to hang up not if problem was fixed or not, she was scored based on time per call not issues fixed. I had to pay service fees twice just to have same tech sent to my house who made a 3 minute phone call and said "yeah its on our end the people at call center don't know ♥♥♥♥ about whats going on, covid is doing a number on our infastructure right now, as every one is home streaming at same time almost."
I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't think to restart your game client, before alt+tabbing to come to the forums to complain. You sound like a troll.
