Report a translation problem
I can even post screenshots of the exact day and time I bought it. However, since the game was removed from amazon the price now lists at 0.
(I was involved in the first round of testing.)
Just feel it's a major upset, because I had to buy the game during the steam testing phases which I shouldn't of had to.
This is correct.
I've contacted Amazon and amazon games, and neither have given me a reply. I sent an email to New world, no reply.
So, I posted here - just know that I was suppose to have had access to the steam tests, and know that many people received their codes from when Amazon Games removed it from their listing and brought it here. I've checked emails and not ever received anything from New world, Amazon, or anyone about it. All I got an email on was when it was being taken off amazon games and brought to steam, with no codes for me to redeem.
Should I refund this and contact amazon again? I can take screenshots, date of purchase, credit card used, etc.

Years ago, New World was accidentally put up on Amazon for free. Some folks snatched it up before the error was caught. Amazon Games decided to honor those "purchases" and give the game to those folks for free at launch. We also invited all those customers to the Preview Event last August and they will receive an invitation to Closed Beta as well. These customers receive emails with Steam codes. If you are one of these customers you can also check your Amazon store notifications section to see what messages you have received about New World.
December 12, 2019, Pre-orders launched for New World on Steam and Amazon at the same time.
If you pre-ordered on Amazon you have received a Steam code for the August Preview Event last year, you will receive a Steam code for Closed Beta access, and will receive a Steam code for Launch.
New World is still very much available on Amazon for Pre-order.

We do not have a Customer Support email so I am not sure what address you are emailing but that is why you haven't received a response.

Hopefully my response above helped explain the timeline of events. Be sure to login to your Amazon account and check your notifications center, might be a disconnect between your email inbox and Amazon communications.
Correct, I was involved in the Pre-alpha beta testing. Then, I pre-purchased the game on steam(And no, it wasn't for 0.00, although amazon changed it to represent 0.00 which was even stated in the email I've received years ago.)
I've been involved since 2018, which is why I was just very thrown off.
Just find it strange, perhaps I'm being a bit braindead atm. Of course, I get what you're saying it's just from what I have read from emails to here.
As for the Support Emails, that explains a LOT actually. Appreciate your time and help on this <3
you bought it again... that is right? YOU .. was there an instance stating you NEEDED to buy it again? if not just refund and wait for your official key from amazon from y our amazon purchase.
