Stacking of skills

Silly questions...
a) if I have 2 armour-pieces giving me luck do those stack or does only the highest value apply?
b) If I have 2 armour-pieces with the same skill (say sundering shockwave) do those stack or does again only the highest apply to the damage?

A) yes

B) I would assume they stack, might have to test it. test damage with one armor piece then put on the second.

Girl, I have the same doubt, in REDDIT somone has been contact the NEW WORLD support, and they wrote to him that yes, armour perks staks, but this should be declared into the note (armour details) or even into our character profile, this one I thing that must be improved urgently !

one point, did you check if this perk sundering shockwave is working ? because I don´t see any notice in enemy bot informing the respective perk activication.
