US East Ping Really High?

I have basic 25mbps internet, live out in the middle of nowhere up in the woods here in Maine but lately the ping for Valhalla and the US East servers are pretty high. Anybody else having this issue? Didn't have an issue the past couple weeks, just wondering if it was server wide.

I get 60-80ms in Missouri. I use the East servers. 50mb internet. It's stayed pretty consistent since launch for me. Run a speed test. If your not getting the 25mb call your ISP.

speedtest comes out to 25mb but ping is still super high. no clue whats going on. im at over 800ms+

Ouch. You could run a tracert and see where the holdup is. Probably along the path to the server there is an issue. It gets hairy in that situation trying to determine if it's the server your connecting to at fault, or your ISP. Could open a ticket with Amazon and see what they say.

Figured it out lol, someone in my house was backing up 8000+ photos and videos to their icloud using our wifi.

All servers are "too high" in ping compared to other games.

I'm in Norway and get yellow color to red color to EU server, 34ms in World of Warships.

34ms is normal to me, but not on New World.

For PVP 300ms is too much.

Ping always high everywhere in all regions from day one and getting worse.
reminds me of Sea of thieves, but that game because it has few servers around the world.
here in NW the reason is mysterious, maybe Amazon using the worst of their servers for this game to lower the cost.
