House points bugged

Just bought my 20,000 house and filled it with all the furniture I could buy/craft as a 100 lvl furnisher. Also have the furniture pack from the store... Yet my house points are 7? Lolwut? Any fixes for this or support who can assist?

There is a timer when the house points update, only every 30 hours or something like that. Just check the timer when it updates.

I've given it 42 hours now to update. When I'm in decorate mode, it says my points are now 285 after I brought in a few more items, but the board says 7. It should easily be 40,000+ points as I have 5 trophies, 4 iron chests, sea foam furniture, ottoman tea seat, globes, and like 150 pieces in there all from crafted rare recipes.

On my server someone with a small house has over 30k points and he barely has any items in it. It's because the house points are a combination of decoration and your territory standing. Some people have like 20k house rating but almost no items in the house at all, like 1 bed and a table. It seems like most points come from your territory standing. It's a bit stupid if you ask me. Like I have more and better items in mine than anyone that is on the scoreboard, they are just there because they all have a much higher territory level than me.

Mhh strange, the points just updated and I got over 36k points now and I'm number 1, even though I only have 16 territory standing. My points went up legit from 3k before to 36k now. No idea why but I won't complain.

I have the same issue. I got the 20k house and it's decked out. It doesn't show that I have any points at all which is WAY off. Another guy in the next house has like a bed and a table and he has over 30k. It's been 4 days now so plenty of time to update. Out of curiosity....what house did you buy? I got the red one to the right of the Church in Everfall. I wonder if it's isolated to specific properties.

I'm confused about the house points, one day it's really high and next day I drop 6 thousand points. Even tho I added more stuff. None of it makes sense to me.

House items add very little points (like 5-50 points per item)
Territory standing add thousands of points

So can have a house with ZERO items in it and still have 40k house value.

Also if the item you are about to place glows yellow, it will give negative points.
Glow green = positive so check where you place it, so the item is always green
(bad placement = yellow and negative points)

Housing points are based on furniture points + the town standing you earned that week. They probably ground out board quests

The house points is bugged, almost two years and they still or can not fix it, I believe it is due to many merges and the player data base are corrupted and they can not fix it, I was the first in the game to get rank 300 in WW my house has over 5k decoration points, I can place extra 55 items in my house and I can not get into the house rank board, the developers of this game should go back to the pizza delivery and open the spot to who can really code...
Remember over two years, and instead fix the issue they make every two week new house decoration skin and sell, why they do not fix the issue ? Anyway good lucky guys, even the forum they took out and made an dictator discord where u can not talk about in game issues...
Negative them on Steam, on google review and u can go pro and stop any amazon services that u have, maybe it they feel in their pockets they can do some...

No, house points are 100% not working correctly and this has been the case since February 9, 2022.....so what, 18 months now?

Housing score is your base furniture score multiplied by your territory rep for that zone multiplied by the amount of rep you have gained inside the 48 hour period.

Before housing was broken, i could get 1.5 million points in a 48 hour period grinding the town board with a housing score of around 1200 and a territory rep of 141.

Right now, at level 300, with a base furniture score of 2700+, if I grind the town board relentlessly in the 48 hour period, on top of crafting 2000 infused water, with the rep gained music buff for the entire duration, I can BARELY get 105,000.

Its been broken for a very long time. Many bug reports have been posted (I would link them but they hid the official forums they shut down on may 1st, 2023. And yet, Amazon games does nothing about it. They wont even acknowledge the issue.

They changed the algorithm for housing. Its not broken. The score is not based on this:
"Housing score is your base furniture score multiplied by your territory rep for that zone multiplied by the amount of rep you have gained inside the 48 hour period".

The score is as the Devs. designed. It seems more waited on your furniture score and your recent rep. and not so much on your overall rep.

I would not expect them to acknowledge a problem that does not exist. I am sorry you do not approve of the change and feel its broken.
