TOO LOW LVL FOR MAIN QUEST

So i been grinding main quests and i'm not at level 20 and my recommended level for that area that i have main quest in is 30 and i'm doing faction quests and it doesnt give me any xp barely so it's super hard to level up..
What can or should i do? :)

go do all the side quests you probably didn't do in the lower zones.

i'm lvl 21 and still haven't visited the watchtower in tutorial area

Best bet is accept all board/faction/side quests and do them in the most convenient way come back to town abandon board/faction quests you can't be bothered with and accept more side quests as they pop up

Also found that for 23-30 if I sat in windward and waited until I had 3 Amrine faction quests went and accepted barkimedes then found a group with tuning orb I could get 8k+ XP for 20 minutes of playing so I could focus on doing work etc while waiting to roll quests.

Join a company and get some members to help you get to where you need to go. I just did that to get to First Light to get the bag there and it was very helpful.

Town boards give good xp and are pretty quick

I am used to it, but i says ''reach level 30 to unlock next main chapter'' and with these small quests that only give me 1k xp it'll take me forever xd, thanks all for the comments i really appreciate it

spoiler alert wait till your get the lvl 40 story lock lol i was 31 when i got it

Main quest > Town boards > side quests

Main quest gives a ton of azoth but you'll want Town boards as your primary source of exp.

Main and side quests break up the repetition of town board, faction quests, and crafting but you need a combination of all these to get through those level gaps.
