Bots and Speedhackers and Fishing/Gather Bots... this game is dead without a real anticheat

most of the time i see them at nodes waiting for them to respawn and gather them instantly,there are bots in this game stop trying to defend these bots...

I did see speed hacking in beta not in this. But there was bugs too that kept speed bugged.
Any ways the guy I did see I believe was speed hacking because when I start fight with him was all fine when my friend joined he just disappeared in 20 seconds from our view distance in straight line. There is none buffs or skills to do this fast when with great axe perk he runs away from you faster then you chase him with in 15m.

There are definitely bots. Depends on your server. On mine, they are 3-4 at the hot fishing spots, with names like sfhakf, akshdas etc. You can tell they are bots, as they are all level 8-10 and don't retaliate when getting attacked. You will notice that they cast and immediately recast, as they are programmed to fish only for the rare drops. Luring wolves to kill them works, but they always come back eventually.

Reason they bot fishing is because of the treasure chests, which drop rare ingots, gold, gems

There are PLENTY of bots, literally everywhere. Throw a rock and it's liable to hit one. However these are very simple bots currently, just one that gathers the same node over and over after it respawns. Or kills a mobs that aggres it. And of course the ever present anti-afk-kicking bot you see running into walls, or jumping.

I have not see anyone speed hacking however.

gathering the same node over and over would be pointless waste of a bot concidering how long it takes for things to spawn and can be acomplished by just auto click the e key while point your screen at the node location, zero reason to bot that

who doesnt kill mobs that agro on them ? they kind of prevent you from doing things and might kill you if you dont

yea running into walls is not a bot that is litteraly the auto run feature built into the game that starts up with = , I litteraly use this to run around places so i dont have to hold down the W key the whole time and can tab out and look at stuff on youtube and what not, and yes it will auto wall hop if possible.

Today i actually saw a bot for the first time. A fishing bot.

Bot was standing at a selected fishing spot with a star. After the star pond had fished empty, I saw how the bot in the secondsrythmus threw his fishing rod and immediately retracted again. For ten minutes. I think the program waited for the respawn of the star pool in a loop.

Yeah I've seen this exact thing on my server too. There have only been a few, and most likely bots used by higher level players to farm while they PvP.

Isnt it a good Idea to get a Captcha Pop up after 30 mins Fishing ? This way bots will have some Problems solving this.

Ok, want to see some videos of this but I will take your word for it, just flat out fishing is far more profitable speaking as someoen who has opend plenty of chests, the ingots are worthless rightnow silver ingot is like 1.00 or less most towns, gold is also worhtless, havent even seen plat being sold because A no t5 furance to make it and B no one can craft anything worthwhile from it currently so its worthless. Oh, and gold drops from the chests are not amazing either, a single iron node on the market will fetch more, gems however might be worth a bit if they actually sell. The most profitable thing of fishing rightnow is the oil.

note. I totaly believe you that fishing bots exist its not an extraordinary claim, its just i havent seen any in this game yet and fishing doesnt seem profitable enough to worth boting.

Not bots in the traditional sense, but definitely people running macros etc to avoid afk kick or just do a simple task while they're afk.

There's no speedhackers though lol - there's a lot of desync on the server and sometimes the game will shoot you forward a huge distance because of it. Myself and a bunch of others experience it regularly, especially in zones with a lot of players when the lag / desync gets bad. Sometimes I will dodge roll and shoot forward 100m. When you're watching it happen to another player, it looks like they are running really fast.

There ARE bots, with the usual ChiCom names xiao1990, and ♥♥♥♥ like that. Saw four of them at the Broad fishing hotspot yesterday. These bots are failures because they just rapidly cast and cast and cast, and we all know that's no way to catch fish. Question is, what ARE they doing?

So, you nerds keep on jibbering about "no bots", and "tons of bots". They're here, as always, and of course they are mostly Chinese, ruining everything, as usual.

it is not a macro when its litteraly a built in feature with a hotkey

could you guys please stop calling it a macro, its like saying opening the invintory with tab is a macro
