And whom do you think should pay for those and should it be all languages spoken? that is around 6500 languages.
Often professional translaters take 0.2 euro per letter, not word. So going by the avarage word being 4-5 letters, you can go add that to your math.. My take is that translations for this game cost around 40-50k euro per langauge, maybe less if its a bulk.
But what people don´t understand is that this is a mmo, next quest, new stuff, etc gets updated all the time, this means each language has to get translated all the time on new stuff and it also means that they have to add live service for said languages.
Cost is most likely closer to 70-80k for a translation + 1 year of translation support/live service support..

That should also be taken into account.
Also the middle east has a major tech problem. Hardware is stupid expensive, and usually outdated by the time it arrives. Most only have a basic computer for internet and word processing. The internet in most Arab countries is absolutely horrible too. I mean... we still have a huge population of people who have sub 1mbps DSL at home... We do have cell network (G3+4 mostly) but good luck with that since its limited.
