REGION LOCKED ?

I've been waiting for this game for a long time and really looking forward to play this one. However, like many of the MMOs out there, many are region locked. I bought 2 MMOs in the past to find out only after that the game was locked in my region............ I'm in South Asia, Macau (near Hong Kong). So, as the title explains, is NEW WORLD region locked in my area? Or open to the whole world to play?

its not locked, but I think your closest server is in australia.. the ping is the only problem for you :)
