You are wrong, test it ingame and you'll see. Int grows damage for fire staff, musquet and rapier. Focus grows damage for lif staff. In attributes menu you will see also icons of weapons in wich stat controls his damage. And focus doesn't low cd anymore

Yeah just Focus for Life staff, Intellect does NOTHING for the life staff.

You are totally wrong.
Maybe read the Attributes first.

Healing is directly tied to percentage of weapon damage, so more focus = more damage = more heal.
