Is family sharing disabled only for the beta or is it going to be also disabled after launch?

Just checked, i am able to launch the game via Family sharing.
Can't say anything about character creation though, as the servers aren't live yet.

Do you mean playing online at the same time as the person you shared with? Or just playing online when they are not using it?

If i create a character while on family share, and then buy the game will the character be lost? Anyone checked ?

If it's signing you into the game as yourself and not the actual person who owns the game, then it would naturally retain the account information including your characters.

Some games allow family sharing but don't allow you use it to increase your number of characters. Instead you will always see the host accounts characters and can't create more. That's why he's asking.

I can confirm this is indeed the case, you retain your characters after you buy the game yourself.
