So far they aren't releasing PvP servers at all which would preclude RP-PVP existing. I know for the Beta the RP people just picked a server to all roll on. Not sure if there will be officially designated servers.

I recall a post like this in the official forums early into Alpha 3. What I find interesting about this is many will use this type of server to bypass grieving and being toxic. The examples were shown within alpha and that thread on the forums.

This type of server is a very slippery slope. For the simple fact that anyone in that thread used RPing as an excuse to be as toxic as they felt like. Especially in chat.

And no, thinking a PvP server would be null and void of the existing agreements AGS for being a decent individual is not going to happen.

There are already rp groups waiting for launch to decide which server to go to, though several of us are pve, not pvp.

I for one am looking for a Covenant RP-PvP company, but I don't think pvp servers are needed since the game is so pvp-encouraging (even if not pvp-centric anymore)
