Report a translation problem
The perks in the weapons skill tree only apply to that weapon.
Note perks on shields do not stack unless you are actively weilding the sheild, so they do nothing on your back but add to your armor weight.
I thought he was referring to perks on the weapon itself rather than passive skill tree bonuses? Skill tree passives only work with the weapon for that tree of course.

I was referring to, for example:
If I pick the passive: Spellslinger (+15% crit chance) does that also stack on my ice gauntlet passive Critical Frost (+20% increase crit chance in a frosted area)
So I would get a cumulative 35% on both weapons?
Or would it be 15% to the firestaff and 20% to the ice gauntlet
The passives like crit chance for example don't carry over from one weapon to another. So it would work as I've quoted above.
