Best House to buy in Everfall?

I'm planning on buying the best house (i have enough with first house discount)
what in your opinion is the coolest/best house to buy?

I haven't looked at any houses, but I know that you should buy the most expensive house you can find because you only get that discount once, so make it count.

Since your first house is has 50% discount, I waited to I could get the tier 4 house and got the it in Everfall, as that saved me 10k

I got the T4 right next to the pub. Added 4 lowest level chests, which added 800 to my storage. Well worth the wait.

Does the tax include the discount or does it tax the real amount going forward? See conflicting info about it...Probably going T4 either way but want enough to cover taxes for a bit too,

From what I understand your first tax payment has the discount but all the rest are at their standard rate.
