Missing Twitch button

Since launch my "connect twitch" purple button in game on main screen has been missing (was there 2 minute pre launch of game and then gone on launch) .
The main screen settings menu has the "twitch" option there but i cant interact with any of the buttons, and the Ingame settings menu doesn't have the twitch button at all.
Contacted amazon support, told to use steam support which takes me to amazon's support page.

Any one got any ideas? I have:
validated game files x2
Restarted games multiple times
Restarted computer multiple times
Disconnected my Steam from amazon games and reconnected x3
Reinstalled the complete game x1

If you have same bug , or any idea's let me know!

have the same problem. i claimed golden rage armor but cant get this in the game

Maybe they removed it?
I didn't had it anymore either after i logged in 1st time at launch, since then is gone. But few days later i got the drops from twitch & have them in game, so is there in game but not visible. Maybe once you loggin there for the first time (even after new install) the game recognise steam account+twitch linked already and dont need login everytime. You could unlink your Steam from amazon/twitch account and see then if is popping back & can login again.

problem is if u read it all, I dont Have the twitch button to change settings in the settings dropdown. where as my company all have that button on main screen, and options in the dropdown settings

Ohh wait there are 2 twitch buttons implemented in the game ?
Lol, sry didn't know, i only knew the one from main screen before jumping into the server.

i dont have that button even mate, and not one in game but more so in the settings menu where you can mess with tstuff in game, but i have none of the options,. the one on main screen is the important one since its how u connect.

its been over a week and nothing, cant even find where my "tickets" are for this stupid support system amazon has for games its so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a support setup for the game.

To claim the drops just go here: https://www.newworld.com/en-us/twitch-drops

Connect with Twitch, connect your steam account, and click on Claim drops.

Unsure if you need to claim every time you receive new drops, I did just to be sure and so far got them all.

Edit: I figured this out after I noticed my Twitch button not being in game anymore either. Could be that they just removed it and they want us to go through the site.

you obviously didnt read OP, I am missing the CONNECT TWITCH button in game to enable streamer functions in game, no twitch settings in menu. my drops auto go to my game already. I do not have the STREAMER function of the twitch connection. nor do i have my PRE ORDER items in game. appreciate the attempt at help, but having people think im talking about drops when i didnt say Drops a single time in OP is just frustrating.
