Turn off the TCP / IPv6
Click the Start button and then click Control Panel.
In the Control Panel window, click Network and Internet.
In the Network and Internet window, click Network and Sharing Center.
In the Network and Sharing Center window, in the left pane, click Change adapter settings.
In the Network Connections window, click to select Wireless Network Connection and then on the menu bar, click Change settings of this connection.
NOTE: If Change settings of this connection is not available, click the right arrow to display it, as shown in the image below:
To disable Ipv6, in the Network Connections Properties window, under This connection uses the following items:, click to uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click the OK button.
NOTE: To enable IPv6, click to check the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click the OK button.
Close the Network Connections window.
Restart your PC

Open command line as administrator.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Reinstall all network adapters from the device manager (including VPN).

Delete all virtual network adapters from the device manager - like hamachi and so on.

Try to disconnect twitch account and restarted the game.

Keep restarting the game until it works (bug occurs randomly, it’s about 10% probability that it will work after restart)
Worked for me.
Got error 120 connection error - restarted the game
Got Configure error - Refreshed and pressed play again (2-3 times)
After that I am in the game.

I'm getting random lag spikes today on AU.
Maybe there is a bigger problem somewhere.
