lol
Alot of other sites say the same number, you think with the whole situation going on people still want to play that ♥♥♥♥? Just look on twitch alone how many people are watching it? What a joke
Which ones

How about the only one that takes advantage of addons and trackers to actually know what is actually happening, instead of relying on a site that goes purely on estimates unless it's a Steam Game.. The majority of the ones they track, being only on Steam since don't have access to said trackers of other games...
Still i find stupid who write wow is dead just because is dead for them, but i think they even dont deserve attention tbh.
The chart is more accurate then even Steams slow updates. Showing 905,016 players for New World since 2pm EST.
But keep in mind, even in WoW's decline, it's far more accessible then New World is currently. Much better questing, gear acquisition etc just for leveling. And many options for End Game, even if most are hated now.
What will New World look like in 30 days? 6 months? A year? These are what people should be worried about, since single player games have had more active players on Launch then New World is currently boasting and people are trying to up and make it seem massive, when in reality it isn't.
Wild Star had a massive launch of over 5 million players. Look how it ended up...
Quite frankly, at this stage, all I see happening is a massive player drop-off lol
This game literally offers nothing outside of a nice honeymoon phase... combat is nice, true, but you spend so long going from Point A to Point B that combat doesn't matter; this is a running and gathering simulator, at best
I agree with that the game will decline in a couple of months, but in that time I will have got my moneys worth out of it, it doesn't really matter to me. I can always go back to FF14 but I got tired of that too for the moment. This is new and refreshing, it's a little simple but it looks and feels great.
