Upgrade campfire ?

Damnnn, i have level 23 and i dont find this level 15 quest for upgrading my camp.

Any location ?

I think the quest was in the settlement in Everfall if I remember correctly. But either way, just check the different settlements for quests.

Its not in everfall for me, i have find it in one of the city on the left of the map.
