Anti AFK system?
Due to the long waiting times, players are now starting to get macros and bots so that they are not thrown out of the game. This results in even more assigned places that are not usable and are used by sleeping or absent players.
Please also introduce sanctions for such behavior in accordance with the guidelines. If someone is not at the PC or at work, he does not need to take the space away from others. Very tricky.
I can’t approve or understand something like that. In my opinion this is against the ToS anyway and I ask all players to report for cheating.

i do agree, and anti afk method is needed... que times far too long for the slots to be used by afk players. and technically, players using macros is against the TOS you see when logging in for the first time. if anyone bothered to read it, bots and macros are listed as ban-able offences.
Then don't play the game. If you have no time then deal with that. You abuse some mechanics and will be 100÷ reported.
I bet you feel very differently when you're sitting in a 2k+ queue waiting to get in. I bet then, you too would dislike those that bypass the AFK timer.
I 100% agree that bypassing the AFK timer which is already very generous at 20 minutes should result in punishment.
I understand players which does this, i come home from work and i want to play but hey i cant because have to wait 2h in queue where i might even get errors and kicked.
And i'm not frustrated like you & others which when they are finally in game to play they have nothing else better to do than to go report afk's
Just checked the servers page & it seems they increased the servers population for Australia to 2250 & for ONLY 5 Europe servers the FR/EN ones:

Is already against the rules and there are people get banned for stay afk.
More people report this abusers, more easily they will get banned.

Stell dir vor du regst dich über Leute auf die die Mechanik ausnutzen um nicht gekickt zu werden damit sie weiter spielen können. Und du ärgerst dich machst aber im gleichen Zug genau das gleiche. Du veräppelst dich doch selber. Bist nicht besser als andere. Genau weil jeder so denkt mit dem Ausnutzen sind die Warteschlangen so lange.

Let's say for example that John (random name) doesn't have much time, only about 2h a day to play, he can't play the rest of the 22 h cuz he has no time but uses a macro to not get kicked out.
This way other 11 ppl like John won't get to play that day.
if we say there are about 200 macro abusers in a server with some quick maths you get 2200 extra ppl in queue that can't play.

Du hast vollkommen recht, das Problem ist aber nicht so leicht zu lösen.
Vor allem da es schon in der Beta, Bots gabe und diese Tools heutzutage gang und gebe in MMORPGs sind. Somit Bots sind da und auch schon in der Releaseversion. Ob Angelbot oder Levelbot, die sind massiv in der Entwicklung und die Anti-Cheat Lösung von New World ist eher schlecht als recht.
Es kann einfach durch den Client viel zu viel bestimmt werden. New World wird ein Bot und Cheaterparadis, der gerade bei dem doch recht schweren Endgamefokus PvP viele Leute animieren wird einen Bot zu nutzen. Selbst ein Aimbot scheint hier nicht abwegig zu sein. Das wird aber die Zeit zeigen...
Leider war vor der beta auch schon genügend Kritik an New World, jetzt mit diesem unsäglich schlechten Start und dem Hype, da werden die Cheattool-Entwickler natürlich nur noch gieriger werden... ich sage... New World hat zu schelchte Sicherheit und zuviel exploitbaren Inhalt.. das Spiel wird nicht nur durch das mangelnde Endgame zugrunde gehen sondern auch wegen Cheatern.
AFKler sind wirklich das kleinste Problem.

Sure, a 2.000 queue is nothing on a 100.000 player server, lol...
