How to turn off Voice Chat?

Hey there.

Can you tell me how to disable the voice which is constantly speaking all the chat messages... even if s.o. levels up.
Its so annoyyyyying and i couldnt find it in the options.

Voice Chat mode already is turned off.

I think what you are talking about might be the "text to speech" or something similar to that. I don't know which setting it is exactly since I am not currently in the game to check, but that's probably what you are looking for if you are talking about a robotic voice reading the messages out loud to you. If that's the case, disable one of those settings because that has nothing to do with voice chat.

Simple to test it yourself, just spend 48 hours in a que you disconnect from and you can see the options

voice chat in mmorpg's is just super freaking creepy

lol well if I was going to queue up for this game, I'd actually not be here in the discussions because once I'm in, I don't plan to get kicked for afk. Plus, I close almost everything so my game can run smoothly since my pc is old. This includes me not participating in discussion boards on steam as everything goes laggy once I am playing :)
