Uninitialized???

If this has been mentioned lately then sue me but has anyone gotten the title name and achievement list saying uninitialized ?
if so is there a fix?

tried to do a dungeon?

Both in open beta and now in release that fixed it for me for some weird ass reason.

Before dungeon = achievements didn't work for me
after dugeon = worked fine

Mine flops back and forth, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. mostly doesn't.

Same, only works after a dungeon. After I log off and log on, it doesn't work anymore.

Works sometimes, other times not. Also shows the me being in a wrong server; a different one every time I log in.

That one is actually on the known issue list

Ive have some how managed to fix my bug, All i did was uninstall it and reinstall, maybe the file could have bugged or something not sure. Dont know if it would work for you all, just wanted to share.

Mine fixed itself and then broke again.

I drank alot to ease the pain, I'm a uninitialized person with 88 achievements I can't see and no titles. Hope they fix that this patch
