Character disappeared

EU Central shows 1/2 when I choose the server I was on 0/2 load

The normal steps, or rather step, to take, would be to restart the game.
Also, letting time pass could help.
Probably the worst thing you could do is to create another character in the same slot you had one already.

nope I got the same problem .

we created a Char on a world which is now offline. Mine was Varon i think .

the char is still in the system but you cant delete it , cant use the name or play on a same world set

They have a game branch support you can contact about this but be prepared to wait a long time. People wasting supports time with "GAMES DOWN" or "FIX YOUR QUES" it's not the supports fault its the Dev Teams fault.

Yesterday I dropped out because of server maintenance and then all the time I could see if my char were lvl1. I logged at last in today and it was ok, on the lvlx I left it so what you can see on the server/character selection screen isn't always correct.
