How to claim deluxe edition content?

Got to play some before the server went on maintenance. So far so good. Lots of people at starting zones ofc.

Quick Question(TM). How do you claim the deluxe edition content (skins etc.)? I have no info for that anywhere.

All of the benefits listed above will be automatically applied to your account once the game has launched. If you bought the deluxe edition of New World or pre-ordered it, you’ll find all of your items stashed in your inventory.

You’ll have to wait until level 20 and unlock player housing to access your deluxe edition Mastiff house pet, however, and your digital art book will be delivered to you in the form of downloadable content.

I had no items in my inventory even I pre-ordered the Deluxe edition. I'll look around once the server is up again :)

hi your amulet is auto on your chr and your outfit on your cloths on chr screen right click and choose change skin and there there, only thing not showing for me is the title in the chr bio section

I got my skins and title from the deluxe edition but my friend didn't , weird stuff going on

The necklace should be equipped at the start (mine was), as for the woodmans outfit/hatchet skins I have no idea, noting in inventory/stash or claimable from the store.

To equip a skin, right click on a weapon/armor slot with stuff equipped. You will be able to change it's skin (slot skin, not gear itself)

I see the art book as a DLC [STEAM] but no way to download it! It's there just nothing I click starts a DL. Must be missing something.

Clothing including deluxe and twitch dropf is right click clothing item in inventory. Same for weapons.

Dog available when you buy house AFAIK.
