Why Haven't We Got SEA Servers??

"With Amazon it is just embarrassing. My company got servers in all the worlds regions for our customers. It not complicated, its dirt cheap and there is nothing technical in it. With Amazon they already have huge hosting centers in these parts. Its simply just to dedicated a server rack out of 10000 of racks, or even just a a couple of servers in a center to New World. Its peanuts, have no entry cost. If a region fails, just plain merge/shut it down. But you can literally do servers in the middleeast, north asia, south asia in half a day from a single person or 2.

So I hope Amazon simply didn´t expect people in these regions to be willing to play the "New World" lore. While they put all effort into countries that have direct relations to the lore.

They have plans to put up SEA servers after launch. many in the community didnt want SEA servers to begin with due to the hacking botting and RMT of china invading the Game.

The same reason we don't have a lot of region servers, we have what we have, and you must choose the best one to fit you.

By the end of the year or beginning you will have Jakarta for SEA. Hopefully by then, there will be enough data that shows what other places may enjoy an expanded AWS.

Googling New World Jakarta give you a lot of positive hits. YOU will also see some articles mention other regions. But nothing official yet for the other regions besides this one.

AWS CEO call Amazon Game as a customer, i hope you think it is not that simple. One thing i dont understand is, why those people dont join us on community. by together we can make something if they see impressive amount player protesting, They are still endurance playing in that bad connection just to be dummy for Aussie players enjoy punching them. Yeah, pay money to be dummy.
If Amazon Game aware of profit, cost? Just why not reduce 1-2 AUS server and locate it in SG or HK? This make me think only way left is, hate toward Asian.

Their game, their business. I'm in awe at all these people that know other people's businesses so well, but cant be bothered to start their own and compete if they are so knowledgeable.

I dunno who tf shintai is, but I doubt his company serves millions of customers at the same time. Also Amazon seem to be doing pretty well so I would trust their business decisions tbh

If SEA is so great with world wide servers then why does the west on average have to wait a year after release to get Asian titles ?

YOu are ignoring the fact there is a solution. Just not at release.

So, what you say is harassment due to how much you spam it and ignoring what we say. Locking and reporting you for such reasons is justifiable cause you do not "just talk" about it.

Stop ignoring what is said

Keep the conversation to your thread and other's related to it.

Do not continually spam new topics of the same thing. One person was just banned to second Tuesday of next week for spamming and harassing the community.
