50% for the weapon that hit.
100% for the weapon that kill.
But you need to do a minimum damage (15% health, I think, 15% or 20%) to register. You can deal 20% with one weapon and end the enemy with the other, it's the fastest way to level up but you kinda need to work more to do it.
Sword gets 100% of the weapon XP for landing the killing blow.
Musket gets only 50% because it removed at least 15% of the enemies total HP.
So reverse this and you do 80% of the HP with a sword then pull out your musket and bash it for the last 20% of HP.

So in short no you would't get 150% weapon XP. It'll treat the two swords as the same weapon type thus they would both count the same.
