Anyway, yes Flux its really sad. They actually had a really fun game back then! I got bored in 8 hours now, think that says enough. It feels more empty than Sea of Thieves at this point....
Only one I can think of off the top of my head as well, though Star Citizen may be a future second to pull it off once it releases.
Kind of, while it "worked" i always felt a sense of emptiness when you would go into a player city and hardly anyone was there... i think. It was like 15 years ago.
NDA's are legally binding contracts. If they wanted, they could sue for damages due to breach of contract / fiduciary duty.. Despite what you think of the game you should understand what you accepted and know that there are possible consequences.
No Man Sky is a prime example that this is wrong.
Started out the worst, and is exellent now.
