Nothing is spawning, and I mean nothing at all

I played for at least 2 hours and went through 4-5 gates without any building aside from shops spawning. Then I tried looking for a solution here but besides ending your trip, reloading your save, verifying your game files, or reinstalling the game, no one really knows a solution so after reinstalling the game I kept playing for an hour or so reloading my save or just returning home from time to time until I miraculously found a building, and It was completely empty, so logically I tried to reload my save to see if anything spawns but when I came back the whole building just despawned leaving an empty patch of land behind, that's when I realized that every time I saw a piece of ground wich looked abnormally flat it was because a building was supposed to spawn there.

If someone knows about a solution besides the ones I listed please let me know this is driving me crazy.

I remember playing first time around and thinking where the heck is the loot. This time around I played using the looter perk guy and am getting quite a bit spawning in. Also noticed when you complete a journey, the next time you head out it’s not the same poi’s you passed the first time around.

Update 16 was released on January 29th, which fixed known cases of world generation errors.
Please check this out and let me know if buildings still don't appear.

I have the same issue, even with the game updated. I drove for 70+ kilometers until I finally died from lack of sleep because there were no buildings to sleep in. Found probably 3 buildings, out of which only one had loot and a shop every other biome.
Edit: had the looter perk.

Are you sure your version is up to date? There are no more Loading Gates since the beta version.

Since the new version you can sleep on beds, seats, sofa, car seat wrecks, toilet seat, ...

I'm having the same problem. I drove through four Gates Looked through five buildings and nothingness. Any solutions?

Please update the game (to update 22). There are no longer gates in the game, and the problem with item spawning has been fixed
