cant get to farmville

so i am new to this game and steam/pc games in general so i may just be ignorant but i cant get to farm ville i will follow the road sign that says 34k to farmville drive 20-30k and the next road sign will say 36k. am i missing something or is that kinda the point of the game lol? thanks everyone!

Farmville is just the designation for the dirt road segments, it is not a town..
