I'm sure some people will have posted solutions in the Gallery section.
In the end I split the roads into 2 sections of 2 pieces each. I worked on the idea that the earlier (in other words higher) I can catch the car the less it has to regain in height to make the other side.
Eh, it's not that bad either, but if you don't enjoy fine-tuning, then yeah, you might as well stop playing now, because that's kinda the point of the game... xD
As mentioned elsewhere the new worlds 5 & 6 in their base form are almost 'challenge mode' versions. A couple of them I got working solutions and then any attempt to fine-tune them resulted in failure !!
Yea, they're rather hard, but they're the last levels, so understandable... and yes, sometimes fine tuning is super finicky and doesn't even make sense, but heh... you get used to it...
