I deleted the old attempt. Had to make a quick example bridge, but using same concept. Pull one hydraulic in and extend the other.
If I do a split center bridge it's fine. If I use them to make a multi curl bridge it works, even a drop down ramp... but the second I attach them to an anchor point the entire anchor point fails. I saw in the tips section that they used the hydraulics the same way I was trying to.
It sounds like your hydraulic is set to split from the split joint. if you hover your mouse over the joint you can see which group the hydraulic is connected to after the split. if you click this number you can change it to a lock so it won't disconnect.
