Bolt/Dust Farm

Has anyone found a good method to farm for buying Dust or is it even "necessary"?

You can get 10 dust from defeating M in the cathedral. This can be repeated by going through the portal of time after defeating her to reset the fight. This
can be repeated as many times as you want.

Otherwise I found that bolts were in excess after chip upgrades. The treasure list spots give 1.5k bolts each, but its only 10 times and that goes quick for higher dust costs. Shadow Creatures also drop a lot, but are only 36 total. There are plenty of dusts in chests plus what you can buy for reasonable costs to max everyone without grinding. However, too many dusts burned on already capped characters or yourself can make it a bit more difficult.

Some of the areas in the NE section of the factory that have several large enemies that might be worthwhile. Or you can try fishing, though max payout I've seen is 500 bolts. At least it pauses time if nothing else.

get the super magnet rod by giving 3 dusts for the fish dude, and you can just fish the dust up as well, don't know how to help with bolt farming though
