Controller is acting really weird.

Been playing the game for a while and having a blast, but suddenly today my controller malfunctions. When I press jump (A) it also presses all kind of other buttons. I switch loadout, jump, dig and reload right after one another, in random orders.
I checked my controller in other games, and it seems fine. It only happens with Unsighted.
Is there a way to fix this? I'm using a XBOX controller.

Okay I managed to fix it. You need to go to steam settings, go to controller, go to general controller settings and click on the xbox support options. Click on:
1. Xbox Configuration Support
2. Xbox Extended Feature Support
Restart
If it doesn't work, try it without the extended feature support.
Using steam with big picture mode can also help, maybe.

Actually, nope. It just seems like it did. Doing all of the above didn't help.

So here's everything I tried:
- Verify game cache
- Reinstalling the game
- updating, changing and updating my controller drivers
- Changing controllers (another identical xbox controller)
- Trying different usb ports

I'm just going to assume that this is a problem of the game, since multiple people are having trouble with their xbox controllers. Maybe I'll pick the game up once I get a new controller or they update the game. idk
