Your choice is to decontaminate them, FT/IT have different ways to do this, or send them to the death district to end their suffering quickly and get new beavers.
Beavers can get contaminated ONLY by walking/swimming in badwater as well.
The game shouldn't allow the player to populate a district with only zombeavers.
Same thing goes if food is running low.

That i want to say than the antidote was always zero in the windows statistics ...
Also i think than the beavers contamined finished always by dying without any other solution if the antidote seems don't work...
They often just die of old age.
