Update 7 Experimental: Dirt Mechanics

When I have buildings placed down on dirt still being constructed once the dirt is complete the construction overlay disappears, for example building dirt for an underground pile and once the dirt is done instead of getting the wood sticks and dark dirt outline there's nothing. It's still there when you click on the platforms menu but they don't build it or notice it at all.
