Log Pile AI loop bug
So to make the lead up short; I build on big scales and thus have 30 log piles built in my district, the entire array being about 95% or so full.

I just noticed there are NUMEROUS beavers from my hauling post just grabbing logs from one pile, and delivering them to a different, random pile that isn't at capacity. They just never stop during work hours.

As I built the piles en masse they're all set to default rules.

Hi many buildings have a setting " distribute items between warehouses when idle" Unchecking that setting should stop the endless cycling

I think haulers will do that as well.

Indeed, I've seen it happen with insane regularity if I so much as have 2 storage units of the same type in the same district.

I've taken to setting ever warhouse and water tank to "want" 0 units of each thing, so it only gets stuck in a place that is set to accept it and is nearby.

But it's still a huge flaw in the AI that is without a doubt screwing up other peoples districts as well.

There should be two settings like in Caesar 3 warehouses, where a storage is built set to ACCEPT goods, with the ability to hit a toggle and change that to GET goods, which would then send a request to a hauler to start up.
