Personally, I just slap down like 6 medical beds and ignore it because at that point you aren't far off from having beaverbot automation and they don't get injured. You can prioritize replacing bio workers with robo workers based on job injury rate if it really bugs you that much.
I'd recommend that for each district, you set aside a "hospital area" made exclusively for healing your beavers. One way to plan ahead is to mark it with roads. I usually do a group of 6 medical beds, 3 tooth grinders, a small water tank nearby, 2 healers, and (if you're near a water source) showers.
This advice also seems sound.
