Downgrade game?
Windows 7 user here (I can't update this PC and I don't have expendable income for new gaming computer). Recent update bricked the game on windows 7 (the game i paid for and has played on w7 since i got it). Does anyone know how to revert this game to previous update? I really look forward to playing this new update but i'd rather play old version than not be able to play at all -_-

The game does list Win 10 or newer in the minimum specs. If you buy a game while ignoring the specifications and it stops working - that's on you. This is just a reality of gaming if your operating on an older OS and/or hardware below minimum spec.

I especially do not recommend buying early access titles if you're below spec. Wait for a game to hit 1.0 before purchasing - or be prepared to accept the fact that a future update might brick a game for you.

@zeke
I think min specs were changed as unity dropped win 7 support

In fairness, that could've happened.

I forgot Unity also recently dropped 7 support (thinking back on it, around the same time as Chrome I believe).

Got this game when it dropped. 147 hours in, definitely not a case of me not checking sysreq's. I only made that mistake once with a particular L4D style monster game that died out before I upgraded months later

Considering the Steam client itself only supports Windows 10 or later (as of last January), I guess you should just consider yourself lucky any part of it is working at all.
