Where it says Helix Mountain Contest 256.256. timber in yellow - click on that link which will begin the download.
I downloaded without registering by clicking the Helix Mountain Contest 256x256.timber
ingame go to edit maps. there you have a prompt in the bottom right of the menu to open the folder. just paste the map into that folder.
in case that folder seriously doesnt exist try creating a demo map so you have a legit location to store map.
