Tree Stumps
Is there a way to remove tree stumps?

building a path ignores the stumps. and then you delete the path again.
other buildings require you to have beavers remove the stumps as described a few minutes before

Only some of them, haven't really figured out what the difference is yet but some of them needs to be demolished first

Some of the tree "stumps" might actually be dead non-fully-grown trees. The game map has trees all over. In places where the water does not flow, the trees are already dead. In these places, some of the trees placed are also not fully grown (saplings). These block some constructions while stumps don't block anything.

I think I noticed last night that paths still delete dead saplings instantly. Maybe you have to mark them for destruction first, but I was able to path over them when I was clearing out an old forest.
