it also crashes on launch with:
"All resolution switches have failed
Screen: could not switch resolution (2560x1440 fs=1 hz=0)"

And we're working on adding a template that switch vertical camera direction
p.s. I found the frog :)
Messing around with the tongue: https://youtu.be/mHE-g4Bu3nY
The time feels way too long to me, no matter how careful I am in trying to keep as much play area still standing as I can, I just can't get through it. For an introduction to the game, this is a bit harsh.
Dying and retrying repeatedly did highlight a few bugs though, like cannonballs and geometry not always resetting when you respawn.
There's also a small ledge on the edge of the platform you respawn on that triggers the cannons when you move onto it, but not the timer.
After the release of the demo I realised that the survival part wasn't a good element to introduce to new players. It is now replaced by an objective you have to complete to finish the level ! But the survival part isn't completely gone, you may find a reworked one for a certain boss section ;)
Thanks for your input on the demo !
But that camera needs some updates!
( most of the time was rolling not knowing where )
Gave up after the canons started to blow me up!
( probably surviving 30 sec would be enough + when the blocks start to fly - camera gets out of control )

Nice job on the demo!
Personally I think the tongue mechanic needs some tuning. It does not have the same "bouncy" feel as the main jumping mechanic.
Keep it up.
Thanks, I really appreciate you taking time to screenshot it! I added them on my fix list!
Also maybe just the demo but on Linux the settings don't stick they keep reverting to ultra + x8 AA and that's too much for my potato machine. but potato setting won't stick. Also go a hard lock and had to hard reset the machine when trying to change graphics setting one time :/

AMD x4 CPU ( old model )
btw it's a cute game and my friend wants to play too but we can't as it stands.
The lag input seems to be a bug. You can try what've suggested to another linux user:
In the launch option try forcing opengl: "-force-opengl"
I think I should make opengl the default for linux users
Hope this helps!
