How to get turbo mode
Title pretty much sums it up. I see achievement guides, etc mention turbo mode and I cant find the setting to enable at all. Is there something you need to do?

It unlocks after 40 songs and/or after beating the storyline!

I've got it unlocked now but not sure how i've done it. I've unlocked everything with Tootmaster Tom and Bassmaster Ben, so maybe you have to do everything for them
