Can I use american adapters in europe? (220 voltage)
Since I live in the balkans, I had to order a valve index in the states and have it shipped to me by my sister. It finally came today after months of waiting. Yet, in my infinite wisdom, I completely forgot about electrical outlet differences; the index I have comes with american style plugs yet I have EU standard plugs.

My question is can I use travel adapters to safely convert and plug into my EU outlets? The power bricks for the chords ARE rated for both (110-240v) but the american plug adapter that came with it says 125v. Has anyone done this or know if it is possible to do so? I figure it should be okay because the actual power brick is rated for both but I wanted to be sure.

As it says "INPUT ... 100-240V" and "50/60 Hz", right there on the power adapter itself, it should work just fine with a travel adapter, yes.

Edit: Oh, you mean the small socket adapter thingy, sorry I never scrolled down in the album. It does support way higher amperage so I'm quite sure it would be OK anyway, but I'm not an electrician or electrical engineer so not 100% sure 😅 Only think that could go wrong I guess would be a fuse popping, if there is one in there, but I doubt it. And I also doubt it would melt or light on fire as it's just simple leads, and they support 2.5A while the output on the AC adapter is 0.3A... yeah... sorry if I just added to the confusion.
